An Intentional Conversation: Black History Month

I had the opportunity this Black History Month, to share a perspective with ASSETS Lancaster, a non-profit organization focused on transforming the community through ethical and inclusive business, that is not often shared. As a black-owned business, I am proud to support and encourage the patronage and support of other black-owned businesses by hopefully highlighting the advantages of offering them support.

This Black History Month, my hope is that our wider communities would understand and recognize the value that BIPOC businesses bring to our larger society. When all people are supported and empowered, we are ALL supported and empowered. Read my op-ed on the benefits and advantages of supporting black-owned businesses here.

In gratitude and service,

Garrett
